For a single or double bed, our Small 8×7 or 5×9 units work well. For a queen or king bed with frame, we recommend at least a Medium 9×9. For a full bedroom set, a Large unit is the way to go. Feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Currently all indoor units are non-heated. We recommend using sealed plastic bins instead of cardboard boxes to protect items sensitive to Nova Scotia's seasonal temperature and humidity swings.
Yes! All units include 24-hour, 365-day access via our Key FOB system. Once set up as an authorized user, you can come and go at any time of day or night.
Contact us as soon as possible so we can deactivate the lost FOB and issue a replacement. A small replacement fee may apply. Your unit's security is our priority, so please don't delay reporting a missing FOB.

Rentals are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. Just give us reasonable notice when you plan to vacate your unit.
Perishable food items are strictly prohibited as they attract rodents and pests. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and illegal items are also not allowed. Jewellery, financial/legal documents, and irreplaceable valuables should not be stored here — keep those at home.
Absolutely. Our Outside Storage option at $75/month is designed for boats, RVs, trailers, and other vehicles. You still get 24-hour FOB access to the lot.
You love your things. Here are some tips to help you store them the way they deserve to be stored.
Place frequently used items near the door and create a walkway to the rear. Keep items at least a foot from the door to allow for airflow and circulation.
Individually wrap all dishes and use newspaper to fill unused space, minimizing the risk of breakage during storage and transport.
When possible, store soft goods such as clothing and linens in plastic containers to protect from moisture throughout the year.
Do not place contents directly on the floor. Use a pallet or strips of wood underneath boxes to allow for air circulation and protect against moisture.
Fold your clothes and store them in dressers or plastic containers to maximize space and help protect them from moisture and pests.
Absolutely NO perishable food items permitted in any unit. This is strictly enforced — food attracts rodents and insects that can damage your belongings.
To protect against moisture, place boxes on pallets or skids. Sealed rubber storage containers are strongly recommended for books and important papers.
Metal tools and sport equipment should be free of moisture and wiped with a rag containing a few drops of machine oil before storage to prevent rust.
Wrap the mattress in cotton sheets or blankets and keep it off the floor for air circulation. Never wrap or store a mattress in plastic — this causes mould.
Store your car with a full tank of gas to avoid gaseous fumes from an empty tank, and disconnect the battery if storing long-term.
Do not store irreplaceable items such as jewellery, financial or legal papers, photographs, or coins. Please take them with you — these belong at home.
